Camel Creek Adventure Park is one of Cornwall's biggest family theme parks, set on a large site near Wadebridge with over 40 rides and attractions for all ages. Headline rides include the Morgawr family rollercoaster and the Raging Rivers water slide, alongside the Waverider, a Kiddie's Carousel, adventure golf and a range of themed playgrounds. Younger visitors are well catered for, with rides and play areas scaled specifically for toddlers and young children as well as the bigger thrill rides for older kids and adults.
Beyond the rides, the park is home to animal encounters featuring over 100 reptiles, mammals and other small animals, including its popular meerkats, plus regular animal shows throughout the day. With over 45,000 sq ft of indoor play space - including a refurbished soft play zone and playhouse - Camel Creek works as an all-weather day out, not just a fine-weather one, which is part of what's made it such a consistently popular family attraction in this part of Cornwall.
A typical visit runs 3-4 hours, though many visitors stay for a full day given the range of rides, indoor space and animal encounters on offer. The park also runs a Free Return Offer allowing a second visit within 7 days at no extra cost - useful if you don't manage to fit everything in on your first visit.
