Fresh, simple and charming is the style of this lovely 250-year-old mid-terrace cottage, which sleeps up to five and was renovated to a high standard of comfort. It is a calm, relaxed and great-value base for couples and families exploring the whole of Cornwall.

2 The Court stands on Fore Street in Probus, a quiet village bypassed by the main road, within easy walking distance of a farm shop, convenience shops, restaurants and a pub. Its church tower is the tallest in Cornwall.

The famous gardens of the Trewithen estate are on the edge of the village, the romantic Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 25 minutes away, and the Eden Project just a little further. With Truro, the Roseland and both coasts within reach, Probus makes a superbly central base.
