Bude has a has two main holiday beaches, with facilities and parking nearby. Summerleaze beach is very popular with families throughout the summer, Backed by sand dunes, a river and cliffs, this level beach is popular with people of all ages. There is a swimming in an open air sea pool, a shallow river,that runs across the beach where children love to catch crabs, watched by parents, usually sat along the edge of the Sand dunes. Surfing is very popular a Summerleaze beach and at Widemouth bay, just a few miles along the coast.

With a small vibrant town centre, a canal with boating and cafes, plus fantastic beaches, Bude is a top Cornish Holiday destination.
