The South West Coast Path passes only half a mile from Little Tregue. There is a wide range of outdoor leisure and sporting activities in the surrounding area: sailing, golf, cycling, fishing, diving, moorland trekking. Nearby there are sandy coves and quiet Cornish villages, busy fishing ports and market towns. Fishing has always played an important part in Cornish life and visitors can take advantage of daily fishing and boating trips, including shark fishing. There are also many other historic villages to visit in the locality, Looe, Fowey, Mevagissy and Charlestown to name a few.
