Savoy House is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Mullion village. Convenient for shops, pubs, restaurants- within easy reach of wonderful cliff-top walks and beaches at Poldhu and Polurrian coves.

Accommodation

Completely refurbished in 2009, Savoy House provides very comfortable accommodation for up to four people in this convenient location.

From the private rear entrance with courtyard seating area, there is plenty of space to store coats and walking boots etc before going upstairs to the main accommodation. Having a large bright living area, family bathroom, two bedrooms and a second separate cloakroom.

Living area has comfortable seating for four people, wall mounted contemporary living flame electric fire! LCD TV with freeview digital recorder, DVD player, iPod dock and CD radio, dining table and chairs for four people. Wireless Broadband.

Well-equipped kitchen area has fridge, freezer, microwave electric oven arid 4-ring hob with extractor over.

Bedroom one is a double room with a 4ft 6 double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double tallboy wardrobe.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two single beds, bedside chest of drawers with lamp and a double wardrobe with separate five drawer chest.

The large family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, matching toilet and hand basin with cabinet above.

There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet, hand basin and electric shaver point, and a washing machine.

Heating is by storage radiators in the living area and on the landing, with wall mounted thermostatically controlled heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom.

On road parking is available immediately in front of the property, or alternatively in either of Mullion's two free car parks.

No smoking is requested inside this property.

Location

Mullion has the benefit of two well established public houses, a convenience store, pharmacy and several gift shops as well as the art galleries.

The beaches at Polurrian and Poldhu are easily reachable on foot or by car.
