Set within the luxury waterside development known as The Packet Quays, this spacious third floor apartment has wonderful views from its balconies across the river to the fishing village of Flushing on the opposite bank and is only a few minutes walk from Falmouth's busy harbour and the town's selection of individual small shops.

The apartment offers a lounge/diner with colour TV, FreeView & DVD recorder and large patio doors opening out onto a balcony with water views.

From the lounge area, large double doors lead into a fully fitted galley style kitchen complete with electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Bedroom 2 - has twin beds, a built in wardrobe and a glazed door leads onto the first balcony.
