1 & 2 The Navigators – Sleeps 6
1 & 2 The Navigators are luxury 3 bedroom holiday cottages in the centre of Polzeath.
Situated only about 100 metres level walk from the stunning beach in Polzeath, these beach-style cottages are the perfect place to spend your holidays on the North Cornish coast. The Navigators each sleep 6 people and comprise one double bedroom with a luxury 2000 pocket sprung king size bed and en-suite, two twin bedrooms all with luxury beds, a family bathroom, and an open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen, with some sea views to the beach and island from 1 The Navigators. There is a balcony from the sitting room with sea views and sunsets, and high quality furnishings throughout. Outside there is a sunny seating and dining area on the veranda and private parking for 2 cars, plus a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach.
1 The Navigators can be booked together with 2 The Navigators next door to sleep 12 people. Linen and towels are provided. A great holiday base with stunning coastal and countryside walks. Local activities include sailing, surfing, waterskiing and golf. Spend romantic evenings in one of the local restaurants watching the sun set over the ocean. The nearest shops and restaurants are only 100 metres level walk.

Outside there is private parking for 1 standard size car, a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach, and lockable gated storage for surfboards and bikes at the back of the cottages.

Polzeath and the West Country
Polzeath is a charming coastal village in North Cornwall, known for its stunning beach, picturesque scenery and excellent surfing conditions. It's a popular holiday destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike, and is ideally situated for exploring the West Country. The Eden Project is about 50 minutes away, and the Royal Cornwall Show takes place each June at Wadebridge, only 15 minutes away. A short ferry trip across the estuary from Rock takes you to Padstow, with Rick Stein's restaurants and many other places to eat and shop.
Port Isaac, the traditional fishing village made famous by the TV programme Doc Martin, is only a few miles away – or why not visit Tintagel, where the legend of King Arthur lives on. Cornwall is known for its milder climate and stunning coastal scenery.
Polzeath
The main attraction of Polzeath is its beautiful beach, part of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and surfing, and is lifeguarded during the summer season, with surf lessons and equipment hire available. Polzeath is one of Cornwall's best-known surfing spots, with consistent waves that suit all levels – book a lesson or hire gear from the local surf schools and shops if you're new to the sport, or just watch from the beach if you prefer to stay on dry land.
For non-surfers, Polzeath beach offers a vast expanse of golden sand and lots of rock pools for the kids, with restaurants and cafés around the beach where you can watch the sun set into the ocean over a glass of wine. Polzeath is also a great place to try other water sports such as paddleboarding, kayaking and coasteering, with local companies providing equipment and lessons.
Other activities nearby include the renowned St Enodoc golf course, sailing and waterskiing on the Camel Estuary, and windsurfing at Daymer Bay. Relax in one of the local spas, take a bike ride along the Camel Trail, or enjoy some of the best birdwatching in Cornwall on the Camel Estuary.
The Rock Oyster Festival is held each July, with local food, drink and entertainment for all the family. From the cottages you can walk straight onto the coast path around to Daymer Bay, where John Betjeman spent his holidays and is buried at the picturesque St Enodoc Church.
