Praa Sands is a small hamlet nestling in a sheltered cove and is mid way between the historic market town of Helston and the port of Penzance, with its fascinating streets, 7 miles away in opposite directions.

The mile long beach, has good surf and is popular with surfers. The beach is an ideal starting point to the coastal footpath either side. As well as the golden sands, at both ends of the beach are areas of rock pools, good places to find sea life.

Mount's Bay is now designated as one of the world's most beautiful bays.

• All properties have full central heating, are fully equipped and have washing machine and dishwasher.
• All bed linen is provided but visitors are requested to provide their own personal bath and hand towels.
• Cot and high chair available on request.
  There is ample private parking with each property for two cars.

A detached 3 bedroom cottage facing the sea with direct access to the beach. Small lounge with TV, DVD, conservatory with TV, dining table, bathroom with shower over bath, fully equipped kitchen with full electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.

Washing machine and dryer in the entrance porch. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. Garden area to front and car parking in the rear garden area.

A detached bungalow with direct access to the beach. Large comfortable lounge with TV, DVD. Fully equipped kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Patio area at the front with steps leading to the beach, car parking at the rear.
