Ivy Cottage is a converted Stable within the grounds of a grade 2 listed 17th century property situated in a lightly wooded area of Penzance, neighbouring similar historic large houses.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms a shower/W.C room a kitchen which is virtually open plan to the generously proportioned living/dining room to one side of which there is a snug sun alcove. The spacious and light kitchen is fully equipped and the units finished in pine. The shower room includes a W.C and hand basin plus a shaver point. The bedrooms are arranged as one double and one twin bedded room as well as a sofabed in the lounge. The living room is comfortably furnished with views to the garden and main house. There is also a porch to the main entrance and the sun alcove with French doors which lead on to a patio and garden with lawn.

Equipment features are:- gas central heating/hot water, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, colour TV, video, garden table and chairs.

Car parking in our private car park is adjacent to the cottage.

Electricity is via coin meter, gas central heating and hot water are inclusive.
