Crackington Haven in North Cornwall Crackington Haven is a popular North Cornwall holiday beach, located between Boscastle and Bude. The small village lies in a steep sided valley on one of the most dramatic stretches of coastline. The beach at Crackington, has a large stream running across it, which is very popular with children. The Beach is fully exposed at low tide, with the outgoing waters revealing a large expanse of level sand, which is popular with both families and surfers. The village at Crackington Haven is a small vibrant community
with a Post Office, village hall (The Institute) and a Methodist Chapel.
Crackington Haven has a beautiful. On the other road out of the village
is St Genny's Church; the centre of a thriving parish. The Post Office
sells a range of provisions; enough to supply your food for the week
if need-be. Crackington Haven has a couple of tea rooms and a pub adjacent
to the car park and beach. |
