This property is all on one level comprising of:-

Modern kitchen/dining room with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and fitted gas hob, electric cooker and separate grill, back door leading to side alley.

Lounge. A two seater sofa and two chairs (one reclining), television with freeveiw and dvd player, patio doors leading to rear garden and patio area.

Bedroom 1. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and digital television leading to en-suite shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and dvd player.

Bathroom. Bath with overhead shower, wc, wash basin with fitted cupboards and heated towel rail.

LOCATION

Padstow is a beautiful, working fishing port, surrounded by unspoilt beaches, coastline and spectacular views.

There are plenty of shops to browse in, a cinema, several public houses and restaurants to suit all tastes including the famous Seafood Restaurant owned by Rick Stein.

There are fishing trips, speedboat rides and more leisurely boat trips available from the quayside.

The Camel Trail is an old disused railway line which follows the estuary to Bodmin Via Wadebridge. Very popular with cyclists and walkers.
