Bude is a popular Holiday destination on Cornwall's north coast. The area is known for the dramatic coastal scenery, beautiful beaches and picturesque coastal villages.

Bude has a has two main holiday beaches both known for their surfing, with facilities and parking nearby. Summerleaze beach is very popular with families throughout the summer, Backed by sand dunes, a river and cliffs, this level beach is popular with people of all ages. There is an open air sea pool for swimming on the Northern edge of the beach and on the western edge,there is a shallow river, that runs across the beach where children love to catch crabs, watched by parents, usually sat along the edge of the Sand dunes. Surfing is very popular a Summerleaze beach and at Widemouth bay, just a few miles along the coast.

With a small vibrant town centre, Full of gift shops, surf shops and beach clothing, a canal with boating and cafes, plus fantastic beaches, Bude is a top Cornish Holiday destination.
