Polperro is a picturesque fishing village located a miles along the coast from Looe. The village is one of the most popular places in Cornwall, the village of Polperro is squeezed into a steep valley on either side of the River Pol, with colour-washed cottages and twisting streets - making the walk from the carpark through the village to the harbour well worth while. The coastal path around Polperro is a stunning mix of small bays and coves and dramatic coastal scenery. The village of Polperro has a small sandy beach located just outside of the outer harbour wall - accessible at low tide. The beach has a small walkway , used at low tide, to convey holiday makers to the frequent boat trips that leave Polperro's small inlet.
