The Coach House is a lovely family home, it's rambling interior offers spacious accommodation of considerable charm.

£35 per person per night on a double or twin occupancy £40 per person per night as a single occupancy

Dating back to the 17th century, the house has many interesting features, thick stone wall, small paned windows and ancient flagstone floors are inherent in it's character.

The generously proportioned lounge/dining room is very traditional with low beamed ceilings and a large inglenook with open fireplace and ancient bread oven at one end and an attractive stone fireplace with open fire at the other.

Upstairs uneven floors with little steps up and down lead into the beautiful bedrooms furnished and equipped to a very good standard. Your comfort is assured.

Outside the gardens are laid to lawn, whilst the rear of the property overlooks a large central courtyard bounded by outbuildings. There is ample parking in the courtyard for several cars.

Close to Goonhilly Downs, a designated nature reserve, and only a mile from Kennack Sands and the coastal path, this is a convenient location for the keen hiker, or for those seeking a relaxing holiday not far from the sea.

The scenery around the coastline of the Lizard Peninsula is breathtaking, much of it is owned by the National Trust. Rugged and beautiful cliffs shelter picturesque coves, and there are unspoilt fishing villages within a short drive. The charismatic village of Cadgwith is just over a mile away.

Two Double Bedrooms with a 4'6" bed, beautifully furnished with lots of charm, and including Sky TV, teamaking facilities, hair dryer, vanity soaps, ensuite with bath.

Twin Bedroom with two 3' beds, facilities as double bedroom, but with large shower room ensuite.
