The Hollies was built over 100 years ago out of Cornish granite and overlooks St Ives Bay.
We are situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre, beautiful sandy beaches also the train and coach stations.
Porthminster Beach
Why not use St Ives as a base in which to discover Cornwall! You can visit St Michael's Mount, Penzance, the fishing port of Newlyn, Lands End, Mousehole. Minack Theatre, Geevor Tin Mine Heritage Centre and even the Lizard Peninsula, all of which are within easy reach of St Ives.
From nearby Penzance, the exotic Isles of Scilly are only 20 minutes away by helicopter or 2½ hours by sea on the Scillonion. The fabulous Eden Project is only a 45 minute drive away.
For those that enjoy outdoor pursuits, you can choose from surfing, golf, horse riding, diving, fishing trips or magnificent coastal walks.
