Treview House is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty between
the sea and Bodmin Moor. The house stands in a three quarter acre garden,
down a leafy lane half way between the picturesque riverside village of
Lerryn and Lostwithiel, the ancient stannary capital of Cornwall. The
gardens are bounded by a stream and surrounded by woodlands. The house,
which was originally 2 cottages, has been on the site for 200 years.
Over time the property has been altered enlarged and carefully modernised to what it is today a warm and welcoming home that provides a little bit extra in bed and breakfast accommodation.
The three guest bedrooms have all been decorated in traditional cottage style with co-ordinating fabrics and furnishings. The Four-poster room and the twin room both have en-suite facilities. Whilst the small double room has its own private bathroom. Each room also has tea and coffee making facilities, colour T.V. and radio. Hair dryers and irons are also available for guests use.
Guests are
encouraged to use the charming sitting room, which offers a relaxing
atmosphere, books, board games, and local information. A log fire burns
in the large Cornish stone fireplace on chilly evenings. Breakfast is
served at one large oval table in the attractive dining room. A choice
of menu is available and special needs can be catered for. Treview House
is in an ideal location for visiting the Eden Project, Lanhydrock and
the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Treview Country House is ideal for those getaway breaks, around four hours from London and the Midlands by car it is the first choice for those visitors seeking a quiet relaxing break. The mild climate during the off-season and when the children are in school is particularly attractive for visitors who appreciate the flora and fauna Cornwall has to offer.

How to find us:
From Lostwithiel take the A390 towards Liskeard. As you climb the hill out of Lostwithiel take the next right signposted to Lerryn (3 miles). Continue on the Lerryn road for approx. one and half miles. Treview House is on the left set back from the road.
