Penvith Cottages are situated in a lovely
rural setting, with patio and paddock looking out across open countryside.
The cottages are only a short drive
from the fishing port of Looe, with its sandy beach, and traditional
inns and restaurants.
The South West Coast Path is within
easy walking distance, and the accommodation is ideally located
for walkers.
The many attractions of south east Cornwall
including the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden project, Bodmin
Moor, Polperro, and numerous beautiful gardens are all within easy
reach. The historic city of Plymouth is only 20 miles away.
Accommodation
The cottages were converted from a former
stone farm building, and have been furnished and equipped to a high
standard. They are centrally heated and each has an open-plan kitchen,
dining and living space.
- The kitchens are equipped with full-size
cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
- The living area has TV, video and
CD/radio cassette player. A selection of books and videos is provided.
- The upstairs master bedroom has ensuite
toilet and wash basin. A TV and hair dryer are provided.
- The second bedroom on the ground
floor is equipped with twin beds.
- The downstairs spacious shower room
is fully tiled with level shower, wash basin and toilet.
Each cottage has its own patio
with furniture and barbecue. There are picnic benches in the paddock.
- The accommodation is non-smoking.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Prices are per week from 3.00 pm on Saturday
until 10.00 am the following Saturday.
- Prices include central heating and the provision
of bed linen, hand and bath towels.
- Electricity by way of £1 meter.
