Trevose Head and Lighthouse can be seen further along the coast. Immediately to the north is world famous Fistral beach, England's premier surfing beach. Beautiful Crantock beach is to the south, only a 10 minute drive or a short walk via a low tide bridge or summer foot ferry across the hidden and secretive Gannel Estuary.
