Penthouse 49 provided holidays in one of just 4 Penthouse Apartments located on the roof of Ocean 1 where it affords stunning panoramic views across across Fistral beach and Newquay golf course towards Towan Head. Trevose Head and Lighthouse can be seen further along the coast. The Lounge and Master Bedroom both open onto the large, private Balcony giving direct access to these views which provide an unrivalled sensation of contact with Fistral beach, its foreshore and the power of its waves and surf.

Ocean 1 is a modern block of Apartments located on the east Pentire Peninsula, the western extremity of Newquay. Immediately to the north is world famous Fistral beach, England's premier surfing beach. Beautiful Crantock beach is to the south, only a 10 minute drive or a short walk via a low tide bridge or summer foot ferry across the hidden and secretive Gannel Estuary.
