Three Bays is a modern 3 bedroom house situated on a small and beautifully kept residential estate on the outskirts of Falmouth, which is located very close to the beach and golf course.

You will find excellent beaches at Falmouth, Maenporth, Helford River and the Roseland Pensinsula wonderful for safe swimming, surfing and walking the fantastic Cornish coastline. Great days out for all the family.

ACCOMMODATION

3 beautifully decorated bedrooms that feature a soothing ambience & offer a first class feel of true rest & relaxation; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & shower, double bedroom & a single bedroom.

All the bedrooms have cosy goose down duvets and the finest Egyptian linen, soft luxurious towels. A cot is also available if needed.

A separate bathroom with a toilet, and a full size bath and shower head. There is also a toilet down stairs.

Living room with TV and a DVD player (with some DVDs in the home to enjoy also a CD player with a CD choice).

Fully-equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a child’s high chair. Laundry room with washing machine & dryer, Iron & board.

Outside is a small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast on warm sunny mornings, barbecues in the evening or to hang your wet suits out to dry.

LOCATION

Three Bays holiday home is situated just footsteps from Falmouth’s fantastic 18 hole golf course which overlooks vast amounts of open ocean and the rugged cliffs of the Cornish coastline. The coastal path for walkers also runs through this pristine golf course.

Falmouth is home to the National Maritime Museum. You can swim at the 'Ships and Castles' indoor pool at Pendennis or enjoy the views of the Harbour from Pendennis Castle. You can enjoy a game of golf, sunbathe on one of the three safe, sandy beaches or try one of many watersports such as sailing, fishing, diving, wind surfing or surfing. Further afield Cornwall has something for everyone. From Flambards Theme Park to The Eden Project as well as many, many fabulous gardens such as Heligan and Trebah to explore.

Feel the sand between your toes as you stroll along the wide expanse of Gyllynvase Beach, cleansed by the Ebb and the flow of the Atlantic.

Getting around Falmouth could not be any easier. Leave behind the car and jump aboard one of the many pleasure boats that cover the local waters to St Mawes, Truro and the Helford Passage.
