(*) The dates and prices shown are the cost of the week commencing and are the cost per week per accommodation unit. Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing (‘A’ Frame lodges & “Beech”); 2 persons sharing (“Ash”); 6 persons sharing (“Barn” & “Stables”) – with reduced prices for up to 4 persons in some low season weeks. The cost for additional persons in ‘A’ frame lodges, the Barn and Ash is £40 per week (no charge for infants in cots); for pets £15 per week.

(*) The February half term price applies for the weeks of February 10^th & 17^th when more than 2 persons are sharing an “A” frame lodge.

Prices are all inclusive of VAT (at 17.5%), electricity, heating, linen (beds made up for arrival), towels, cots, high chairs, fishing in our own lakes and the use of amenities. (not included: cot bedding, table linen & beach/pool towels).

For weekly rentals, Forda Barn, Beech & Ash are Saturday starts and the ‘A’ frame lodges are Saturday and Friday starts. Forda Stables is a Friday start.

For holidays of more than one week, there is a reduction of £20 for weeks following the first week.

Mini breaks of less than a week are available out of high season and school holidays – please call or email for prices and availability. Christmas & New Year – prices also include decorations (by request) and “welcome tray” includes “bubbly”, mince pies & Radio Times.
