Thatchways is the perfect seaside holiday house, sitting high up on the hillside overlooking Crackington Haven. It has spectacular views and is only 100m from the fabulous beach. This 1930's property is perfect for those who want to escape and rediscover a good old fashioned 'Swallows and Amazons' beach holiday. Providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for ten people. The living room is large and has fabulous far reaching views out to sea. There are comfortable sofas to relax on and plenty of space to relax. A dvd player is provided plus ipod dock and cd player. There is Wifi at the property. The kitchen is clean and bright and is situated off the living area. It is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Everything you need to have a smooth running holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs at the property. The main bedroom has
a double bed with ensuite shower room and toilet. The second bedrooms
has custom-made bunkbeds and plenty of storage. There is the added addition
of a family bathroom and toilet. Outside you will find the formal sunken
gardens and extensive lawns. Seats in the garden provide views along the
coast towards Cudden Point to the East and St Michaels Mount, Penzance
and Mousehole to the West. The main garden is shared with the 4 other
apartments, but there is an area allocated just for the sole use of the
Garden Apartment. The front door of the apartment leads directly to the
beautiful gardens looking out to sea.

Lower Hillcott is a wonderful 5 bedroom house, sleeping 12 in the little village of Crackington Haven, on the North Cornwall coast. Situated just 5 minutes walk from the beach with stunning views of the sea. A special place waiting to be discovered.
Recently renovated to a very high standard, the property has everything you could want in a holiday home. The outside space is amazing with wonderful views and plenty of space to spread out in. There is a lovely large terrace with table and chairs, bean bags, ping pong table and BBQ. Further up the garden, away from it all, there is even a firepit sunk into the ground, where you can sit of an evening watching the surf, star gazing and listening to the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a full size outdoor table tennis table. In the games room, there is air hockey, a children's ping pong table, and a darts board. There are wet suits, body boards, beach kit all for you to use.
The house is of an upside down arrangement and the splendid views are straight to the beach and sea with the majestic Penkenna cliff behind. Upstairs the open plan space is full of light as the new floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in providing an incredible space with stunning views out to sea and across the countryside. From all sides you are rewarded by beautiful views and the newly created space is a fantastic place to entertain, relax and enjoy the house. There is a modern kitchen and dining area all enjoying the amazing views. The large living room area has beautiful vaulted ceilings and a wood burning stove; sofas to relax on and also giant bean bags. There is no TV at the property, but there is Wifi should you wish to bring your own laptops etc. Double doors lead out to the outside decking area, terrace and large garden, with tables, chairs and BBQ. There is also a hot outdoor shower.

A recently renovated Victorian two bedroom end of terrace situated in the peaceful village of Egloshayle, just a couple of minutes walk from the Camel River.
Sympathetically furnished to a high standard, retaining many original features, the cottage has two separate living rooms, one with sofa bed and each with original slate fireplaces.
There is a new fully fitted kitchen with inbuilt Smeg washer / dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The adjoining glass roofed dining area has a stable door to the rear garden, pine dining table and large fridge / freezer.
Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms one with a king size bed, the other with twin beds, both with ample clothes storage. The bathroom is large and airy with a separate shower cubicle and a deep, claw foot bath.
Outside, there is parking at the front of the property with a path leading to the rear gardens. The garden immediately to the rear of the property has a lockable store for bikes, surfboards, wetsuits etc. To the side of the property (accessed through the rear garden), there is an additional garden which attracts the sun all day, but which has a shady patio area as well as a sun terrace.
