A favorite property with our guests who return year after year. This gorgeous 400yr old cottage has everything you could wish for. It is only a 10 minute walk to the golden sands of Treyarnon Bay - a wonderful family beach grate for surfing and exploring the rock pools- it is a beach known to be one of the best on the North Coast.

Plenty of shops, galleries and restaurants can be found in Padstow harbour just 3 miles away or there is a choice of good restaurants in the local village 1 mile away. Primrose Cottage is private and peaceful and with all its charms and character this property is perfect for families and those just wishing to get away from it all.

Note: Arnold Cottage and Primrose Cottage are next to each other and can be booked simultaneously for large parties.

Padstow

Ground Floor Apartment sleeps 8/10 and First Floor Apartment sleeps 8/10.

Two 4 bed apartments with amazing views over the Camel Estuary and a few minutes walk to Padstow Harbour. Beau Vista is at the end of a cul-de-sac. With both apartments having parking for two cars. In addition there is one garage which is shared to accommodate sailing gear and boards etc.

All rear facing rooms have beautiful views across the Camel Estuary and on to Brown Willy on Bodmin Moor - some 16 miles away. For those balmy sunny days, there is a patio table and 8 chairs together with Bar-B-Q's for each apartment. For the youngsters we supply one high chair and one cot for each apartment - free of charge.

We also offer short breaks, we can negotiate for smaller groups.

The Beach House is a fantastic 3 bedroom property right on the edge of Porth Beach. The position of The Beach House is unbeatable. Situated on top of a hill above the beach it only takes a couple of minutes to walk down the steps to the beautiful golden sand. There is a private sun deck with barbeque and outdoor furniture and from here you can enjoy the far reaching views and incredible sunsets.

The property itself is of the highest standard. The rooms are fresh and inviting and every effort has been made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The handmade kitchen is modern and fully equipped with solid oak cupboards and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are also beautifully appointed with contemporary chrome fittings and granite surfaces.

The main bedroom is spacious and luxurious and even has the added benefit of its own balcony to relax on with the most stunning views. The furnishings are gorgeous and the ensuite bathroom is exceptionally large making it a fantastic room to stay in.

There is also a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another double bedroom downstairs and a third bathroom.

The Beach House is the ultimate in relaxation. On site next to the property there is a health spa, with swimming pool and gym (entrance charge). There is also a tennis court on site for guests to use. Various classes and treatments are available in the spa and it is the perfect place to pamper yourself and have some time out. Only 50 meters away from the property there is also a great restaurant overlooking the sea and this is open all day.

SURF SIDE - SLEEPS 10

Just a couple of doors along from our popular Beach House property, this superb beach front duplex has the same outstanding views over Porth Beach and the surrounding bays. Its facilities include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outside shower and a beautiful kitchen diner with patio doors onto 2 lovely decked terraces– perfect for those lazy summer evening barbeques!

The property is beautifully furnished throughout to an extremely high standard, and includes many of those home from home luxuries such as WIFI access, Sky, flat screen TV’s, DVD player, and Ipod docking system.

Next door you have Glendorgal Hotel and it’s fabulous bar, restaurant, gym and spa, which are available for use by guests (for a small fee payable to the hotel). Locally, there are many exceptional restaurants including Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant in the nearby Watergate Bay and Rick Stein’s empire in Padstow – only 15 minutes away.

PORTH VIEW, Porth Beach , SLEEPS 6

Next door to Beach House and Surf Side we now also have Porth View. As with our other 2 Glendorgal properties, Porth View is perfectly situated overlooking the sand and sea, and provides a brilliant space for entertaining or relaxing.

This property has 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, along with a further shower room and WC located downstairs. Its lovely open plan kitchen/lounge/diner provides beautiful views over Porth Beach through the patio doors, and the outside decking area is great for those summer time barbeques.

Steps from the property lead down to the golden sand of Porth Beach. When the tide is out you can walk across the beach to the headland and over to Watergate Bay. Here you will find the Extreme Sports Academy and also Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant. Also only 5 minutes walk away is the lovely Lusty Glaze Beach which has a great activity centre and popular restaurant.
