Prices range from £625 - £1575 per week We do allow well behaved dogs but only in the kitchen. Dogs are banned at the cove. Electricity is included in the rent, as is central heating where provided. A "starter pack" of firelighters, matches, and logs is provided for a fire on the first evening (Oct-March). Bed linen and bath towels are provided. However, please note that the linen for cots is not provided, nor are beach towels. Cot and high chair available.

Briar Cottage faces the sea, 100 yards at the end of its garden and there are 2 double bedrooms (one ensuite shower), one twin and one bunk room plus separate bathroom and downstairs shower room, a really good-sized kitchen/dining room with Aga and a cosy sitting room with log burner, separate utility room with washing machine and stable door to patio/BBQ area.

LOCATION

Penberth Cove is a working fishing cove with daily landings of fresh fish and shellfish. At low tide, there is a small sandy beach with rock pools, which is a safe and fascinating seashore playground for all ages.

The Cove is a favourite angling location and there are spectacular views towards the Lizard and on fine days to the Scillies. Nearby are sandy beaches, the open air Minack Theatre, coastal walks and spectacular wildlife.

Penberth is a quiet hamlet, nestled in a sheltered valley, leading down to the fishing cove, with about 10 traditional stone cottages scattered along its length, and surrounded by National Trust owned woodlands and cliffs.
