A comfortable large villa, grounds and chalet conveniently located for beach, golf course, coastal walks, the ideal base for exploring south west Cornwall.

Location: Standing in Cornish countryside, with distant sea views, this is an ideal property for those seeking spacious and homely accommodation, only a short walk away from the glorious beach of Praa Sands.

The beach is popular for bathing and watersports and is manned by lifeguards through the summer. The property is furnished to a good standard providing comfortable accommodation and is set in almost an acre of gardens.

The 9 hole golf course at Praa is also just a short walk, and temporary membership is readily available. Long cliff top and country walks are nearby. The village shops provide all daily needs including a Post Office.

Description: The main house comprises of four comfortable bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms fitted with showers. Other amenities include colour TV, VCD player, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Gas Cooker with 8 burners and full double glazing. Duvets with bed linen provided.

Please bring your own towels. Electricity, Gas and internet WiFi is included in the tariff.

Services:

The White House has full central heating, 14 radiators. A reasonable oil allowance is included and any additional oil is charged at cost.

Please Note:
If both the house & chalet are reserved together as one booking, with the exception of August, an 5% rate reduction will apply overall. Bookings exceeding two weeks are also subject to discount on application.

Booking Arrangements:
The accommodation can be hired as main house only, (up to seven persons.) in accordance with the tariff, or add in the chalet if your party is large or includes a second family, (additional 2-4 persons), whereby an overall discount would apply of 5%, with the exception of August. The Chalet can be hired separately in accordance with the tariff. A deposit fee of 25% of the tariff charge will be required to secure an advance booking, the remainder payable 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit fee can be made by post as a cheque/money order, or bank transfer by overseas visitors. Our Banking details will be forwarded to you on confirmation of your bookings. For late bookings to take up short notice availability, payment on arrival is accepted if full.

Directions:
Look for the sign 300 metres on the left after turning into Praa Sands from the A394 Germoe intersection on the Helston to Penzance road.
