St Mabyn is a picturesque village in North Cornwall - located in undulating farmland on the top of a hill. St Mabyn has a historic church and excellent local pub.
The village is just a short drive from Port Issac, Port Quin and Port Gaverne. The popular tourist beaches, offering family friendly sand, water sports and restaurants of Polzeath, Constantine Bay (both ideal for surfing), Rock and Padstow are all a short 30 minutes' drive.
Bodmin Moor and Roughtor to the east of St Maybn, providing lovely walking spots. Cornwall also offers visitors a wealth of National Trust properties in the area to visit. The stunning Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Newquay and the city of Truro are all within an hour's drive. You could also head further south for a longer day trip to Falmouth, St Ives or Land's End.
