The apartment is fully furnished to a 4* standard with all the comforts of home. No. 17's open plan modern living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment.

ACCOMMODATION

The master bedroom offers true comfort, a super-king size Slumberland bed is perfect for couples, yet on request two single beds can be made up. A convenient en-suite comprising of a shower, wash basin and toilet adds that extra touch of luxury. Sea views from the master bedroom mean that you don’t even have to leave your room to check the surf. The second bedroom provides exceptionally flexible accommodation.

A chalet style bunk bed consists of a full size double bed base and a full size single top, it is ideal for either a couple, two singles or children. A separate bathroom comprising, a bath with shower attachment, toilet, towel rail and basin serves both bedrooms.

A stylish kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, oven and microwave ensures that preparing meals is a pleasure.

A dining table seats six for those nights when you want to dine in. Leather sofas combined with the stylish décor give a cosy contemporary feel.

The balcony with its sea views provides an ideal location for breakfast or a glass of wine. As the apartment is on the third floor, at the western end of the building, the views are some of the best in the complex.

The apartment benefits from free wireless internet, LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod docking station, games and a small selection of books.
