Tubbs Mill is a three hundred year old Mill House located in a secluded valley in one of the most picturesque areas of Cornwall. Tubbs Mill advertised B&B stays on these pages between 5 December 2012 and the 5th January 2016, when the owners requested that w suspend the advert.

Tubbs Mill is situated approximately half way between St Austell and Truro and only five miles from Mevagissey with its good selection of restaurants. We are only one mile from the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Portholland and 2 miles from Caerhays Castle with its expansive gardens and stunning beach. The Roseland Peninsula, a designated area of outstanding beauty is on the doorstep and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project are close by.

We are ideally situated for those who love walking being just inland from the South-West coastal path and we are surrounded by wonderful wildlife from badgers to buzzards and everything in between!
