Sleeping 2-8 people just 5 miles from Padstow.

A group five cottages, ¼ mile from the sandy beach at Treyarnon Bay, recently converted from a range of traditional Cornish farm buildings, one designed specially for the disabled.

We now provide a selection of mountain bikes for guest's free use subject to availability at the time of booking.

Retaining many of the original features with furnishing and fittings chosen to reflect the seaside location they are suitably for all year round family use.

A car park has been set aside from the group where there is space for at least one car per property and there is an adjacent grassy area with childrens play equipment, picnic tables and barbecues.

SHARED FACILITIES: Cots and highchairs (subject to availability), wooden childrens' playhouse with ladder and slide, garden picnic tables and barbecues.

Lilys
Sleeps 2. Friday Changeover

This single storey cottage is set at one end of the courtyard, with the wide front doorway opening directly into a comfortable living room with an elevated ceiling. There is a compactly fitted kitchen area with solid oak units, ample dining space and a seating area with an electric fire and a sofa bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. Leading off to one side is a bedroom with a kingsize double bed, the original window looking inward to the courtyard and an en-suite level entry shower room W.C. with hand basin and fold down seat in the shower area.

The accommodation has been converted for wheelchair access with wide doorways and suitable flooring, and is awaiting official categorisation.

Next to Shellseekers, the front doorway opens into a central hallway with a shower room W.C. with hand basin at the rear, and to one side is a well equipped kitchen/dining room with solid oak fitted units, an integral double oven and a French oak dining table with chairs. On the opposite side of the hallway a beamed sitting room has comfortable seating facing an electric living flame fire and a window seat looking inward to the courtyard. A carpeted staircase leads up from the hallway to the first floor landing, a cloakroom W.C. with hand basin and two pleasant bedrooms, a twin bedded room and a master bedroom with a kingsize double bed.

On the opposite side of the hallway a beamed sitting room has comfortable seating facing an electric living flame fire and the original window looking inward to the courtyard. A carpeted staircase leads up from the hallway to the first floor landing, a shower room W.C. with hand basin and three pleasant bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, a twin bedded room and a master bedroom with a kingsize double and an en-suite bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.

A carpeted staircase leads up from the hallway to the first floor landing, a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath and tour pleasant bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, a twin bedded room and two with kingsize doubles, one with an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.
