Our traditional style and welcoming cottages are situated in a superb elevated position of outstanding natural beauty and are just 1.5 miles from the town centre of Looe. The cottages are surrounded with attractive gardens with paddocks and a large lawned area in which you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views over the East Looe valley and river and beyond.
NB. Please note that due to the different garden levels and some fish ponds, young children will need to be supervised.

The Cottages have been refurbished, and all have full central heating and are tastefully furnished and decorated. They are excellent for summer and winter holidays and are open all year round. At Trewith there is a communal laundry room which has two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

You will find Trewith is a very peaceful location with delightful and rambling walks straight from the properties.

There are many beaches and coves close by for you to enjoy along with local shopping, boating and fishing which are all available in Looe.

RIVER VIEW COTTAGE

Riverview has far reaching views over the valley and the Looe river. Two bedrooms One double one twin Lounge with dining area with a fitted oak kitchen

Services: There is a Multi fuel stove in the lounge running central heating, or convector heaters. Inclusive of all fuel, power and bed linen and duvets. There is also Parking, Microwave, and Freezer. DVD player and Radio/CD player.

River View has a private balcony and use of communal gardens with barbecue. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

OSTLERS COTTAGE

Ostlers Cottage is a cosy traditional 17th century cottage which attached to the main house. It has two bedrooms 3 -4 persons one double one single, a 3ft bunk bunk bed available for extra child. Ostlers has a lounge with dining area and fitted pine kitchen Bathroom with a shower over bath toilet and basin

Services: Inclusive of Electricity and Full Central heating from owners system multi fuel stove in lounge Also include bed linen duvets. There is Parking on site Microwave, Freezer DVD player and radio/CD player

There is a Private garden and rear courtyard as well as use of communal gardens with barbecue.

WOOD VIEW COTTAGE

Wood view is of a more modern style and has views over the valley and river. Sleeping 4 & has two bedrooms one double and one twin, plus a sofa-bed in the lounge. Master bedroom en-suite Lounge with dining area fitted pine kitchen toilet / cloakroom Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin

Services: There is Full Central heating run from owners system with coal effect fire in the lounge. All are inclusive of fuel, power and bed linen duvets. There is onsite parking, Microwave and Freezer. DVD player and Radio/CD player.

Use of communal gardens with barbecue.

LITTLE TREWITH

Little Trewith, is adjoining Riverview, is a deluxe and spacious cottage for two, it has a magnificent view over the valley. One Double Bedroom downstairs and styled with antique furniture. Together with bathroom, shower over bath wash basin and toilet Unique style cottage with the lounge and kitchen / diner situated upstairs.

Services: Storage radiators in bedroom, lounge, rear hall and kitchen/diner There is a coal effect fire in lounge, wall heater in bathroom. Inclusive of fuel, power and bed linen duvets are included. There is also Parking on site, Microwave, freezer DVD player and Radio/CD player.

There is a private balcony for you to enjoy and use of communal gardens with barbecue.

LOOE - POLPERRO and Local Area

Nearby facilities include Shop 1.5 miles Pub 1.5 miles Nearest train station Looe 1.5 miles there is Wi-Fi Broadband in all cottages. The nearest airport is Newquay which is 35 miles, with the nearest payphone should you require to make call is situated at the Polrean Hotel 1.5 miles At Trewith we have our own private spring water supply which is annually inspected. There is no smoking at Trewith Holiday Cottages.
