The jewel in the crown of Trevigue cottages - a beautifully converted old Cornish stone and granite cottage, nestled into the hillside with fantastic inland views.

Eastwood Cottage is furnished in an inspiring way with antiques including a 50's drinks cabinet. Old pine floors with Turkish rugs run throughout this spacious, luxurious cottage.

The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, a wide screen television with DVD/freeview and video as well as lots of books.

There are two en-suite bedrooms with shower and w.c. - one with a 6ft Victorian styled iron bed, the other with a 6ft bed which can be split into two 3ft beds. There is a sofa bed on the mezzanine.

First impressions are vitally important, and your initial glimpse of Tregather will leave you relaxed and lazing in the inviting outdoor swimming pool within minutes of arrival.

The house is built with an open plan style and has a harmonious relationship with its surroundings. There is easy access from the ground floor rooms to the attractive wrap around terrace, a great area for breakfast, dining and barbecues. The swimming pool is beautiful and secluded overlooking the woods. Tregather is a particularly attractive house, with a naturally restful character that owes much to its setting. It is so tranquil and peaceful here, so rare to stay in the cottage not overlooked and completely private.

A warm welcome awaits you at our award winning fully licenced restaurant where you can enjoy imaginatively prepared food produced from fresh local produce. Free-range South Devon beef, rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pork reared on Trevigue Farm and fresh produce from Trevigue's own organic garden frequently feature on the menu. tone floors, oak beamed ceilings, warm atmosphere a perfect setting for a home cooked meal.

At Trevigue, we cater for small weddings up to 45 people. We are also happy to cater for weddings comprising just the couple themselves (where we will provide witnesses). The tailor-made ceremony takes place in a beautifully converted building with a magnificent vaulted beamed ceiling and flagstone slate floor.

Trevigue is build around a cobbled courtyard with tables and seating making it a pleasant area for the couple and guests to enjoy a celebratory drink and mouthwatering canapés (savoury and sweet) following the ceremony. Photographs may be taken in the courtyard or against the backdrop of the stunning coastal scenery just a stone's throw away. Couples and guests may, if they wish, venture down to the isolated and hauntingly beautiful Strangles beach for a romantic stroll.
