Family run and owned by Alison and Michael Rawling it offers bed and
breakfast accommodation throughout the year, which has been awarded
a 4 Star Guest Accommodation rating by the English Tourism Council as
well as being approved by the Cornwall Tourist Board.

There are three ensuite bedrooms available,
one double, one twin and one single all equipped with tea/coffee making
facilities, clock/radio alarms, hair dryers and colour TVs. Ample off
road car parking is also available for visitors.
Guests can be collected from St Austell
or Truro rail/coach stations by prior arrangement if required.

Veryan is a delightful picturesque village
renowned for its roundhouses, with the sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower
just over a mile away where you can enjoy sailing, fishing trips, walking,
canoeing, swimming, cycling or riding. A sports complex with indoor
and outdoor bowling, tennis, cricket and football is situated just a
short walk away and the local pub serves excellent food.
The amazing Eden
Project is only half an hour away. The Falmouth
Maritime Museum can be easily reached either by the King Harry
Ferry or the St Mawes passenger ferry. Also nearby are the
Lost Gardens of Heligan and National
Trust properties.
