A warm welcome awaits your arrival at Trenance Farm, the perfect base for exploring the unique & magical Lizard Peninsula. The coastline, mostly National Trust owned, is truly majestic & interspersed with small sandy swimming / surfing coves.

Our extremely comfortable 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed cottages are converted from old stone buildings & situated in 13 acres of peaceful countryside halfway between the village & Mullion and Polurrian Cove's. Come and relax in our mature gardens and listen to the wildlife or enjoy swimming in our heated outdoor pool. We also have two games rooms & a field to fly kites or play ball games. You can also cross our fields to join SW costal path & the cliff top where breathtaking magnificent sea views await you.

The cottages are very comfortable with a three piece suite, lamps, occasional tables, colour T. V. with free view, dining table and chairs, also a night storage heater and coal effect fire, in the living room. The well equipped kitchens have full size cookers (mostly with ceramic hobs), fridge/freezers and microwave ovens, plus electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery and a few with dishwashers. Tea towels, oven gloves and cleaning equipment are supplied. Some of our cottages have tiled floors throughout (except for the bedrooms), others have carpeted sitting rooms.

The tiled bathrooms all have a bath with a shower over, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and wall mounted heater.

The fully carpeted bedrooms have a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror over and bedside tables with lamps. Double or king size beds, plus an extra full size mirror, radio alarm clock sewing kit and hair drier are in the main bedrooms. All the single beds (twin rooms) + bunk beds are full size 3 ft. Cozy duvets with plumped up pillows are on all the beds as well as extra blankets for colder nights. There are convector electric heaters or fan heaters in all bedrooms, with night storage heaters in most double bedrooms, also in a few of the twins. Bed linen is complimentary and made up for your arrival.

All the electricity, plus that for the night storage heaters is supplied free of charge. A tea tray and fresh flowers are ready for your arrival.

Mullion village with its shops, pubs, restaurants, churches and garage is only ½ mile away, as is the post office, art gallery and doctors health centre, whilst closer still is the craft centre where mouth watering chocolates are made. Horse riding is available nearby and Mullion golf course is within 2 miles, where visitors are welcome. Sailing, boating and fishing are all available within a radius of 11 miles, plus there are plenty of tourist attractions to visit on those days when the weather is not so kind. There are many beautiful gardens to see here, some open occasionally, others open all year round.
