Portloe - from the sea

Trehaven
View is a south facing property with abundance of natural
light. It is approximately 100 meters from the Sea. The coastal
scenery of the Roseland area is some of the prettiest in Cornwall,
which you can enjoy on the coastal paths only less than 5
min. walk away. There are large sandy bathing beaches within
two miles of the property, bathing is also possible in the
cove of Portloe.

ROSELAND
PENINSULA
The fishing village of Portloe
is situated in the centre of a cluster of local villages and
interesting beaches.
The village itself provides: a
friendly local pub, The Ship Inn, The Lugger Hotel is open
to non-residents for lunches and evening meals.
Footpaths meander all around the
coast showing off the splendour of the unspoilt coastline.
The village of Veryan (2 miles)
provides: a larger shop; a sports and social club, with a
bar, indoor and outdoor bowling green and two tennis courts;
a pub, The New Inn.
Banks, chemist, delicatessen etc
can be found in St Mawes (10 miles away) or in the cathedral
city of Truro (12 miles away).
The local beaches provide a suitable
place for everyone. You can sunbathe and swim safely at Carne
and Pendower.
There is also some amazing wildlife
to be seen locally, some outstanding geology around the coast
and some interesting local history to be discovered.
