It is just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village and its two pubs, shop and restaurant. Tregoona offers a spacious lounge with feature stone fireplace, large dining room and well-equipped kitchen and utility room. It sleeps 8 comfortably in two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.

The bungalow is located just ½ mile from Crantock Beach, a wide expanse of golden sand stretching between the East and West Pentire headlands.

The beach is patrolled by lifeguards throughout the summer and is ideal for surfing and swimming, with plenty of rock pools and caves to explore. Hire of surf boards and lessons are also available. A short distance around the headland is a delightful little cove known as Polly Joke; a totally unspoilt beach with only cliffs, ocean and sand to enjoy.
