Tregonning is a two bedroom cottage in the Cornish coastal village of Porthleven. Facing south-west the village is to be found midway between Lands End and Lizard point. Built of granite in 1850 it has been carefully internally refurbished to the highest standards in the autumn of 2006.

The cottage offers extremely comfortable accommodation for up to five individuals plus a travel cot. Tregonning benefits from fantastic sea views and also overlooks the busy harbour. To the north you can see Tregonning Hill over the sweeping Cornish countryside, from which the property takes its name.

Tregonning Cottage is a family holiday home with a wonderfully relaxed feel. The house is situated 5 mins walk from the local shops of Porthleven Village, including a bakery, butchers, fishmongers, delicatessen and grocery shop.

The Cottage also has it's own Private Parking Space.

Sun Lounge - a double glazed sun lounge overlooking the harbour towards Tregonning Hill, benefiting from fantastic sea and harbour views.

Lounge - cosy yet spacious lounge with woodburning stove, comfortable suite, TV,DVD and VCR facilities, CD music system and a variety of books,games and videos.

Kitchen/Diner - a newly fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including oven, hob and extractor, 50/50 fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher and microwave oven. A dining table and chairs within this area complete this lovely room.

A door from the kitchen accesses the ground floor courtyard which leads to steps up to the mid-level deck and garden beyond.

Downstairs Cloakroom - a convenient downstairs WC and wash-basin.

Bedroom 1 - enjoying lovely views of the ocean, harbour and countryside this large bedroom additionally benefits from an ensuite shower room and WC. Complete with very comfortable double bed, wardrobes and storage furniture and crisp, fresh bed linen.

Bedroom 2 - Fitted with a triple sleeper bunk which is a full double with a single bunk above, this room will appeal to all the family, as it also benefits from a full ensuite bathroom complete with shower above.
