Tregillan has two self-catering holiday apartments, sleeping 2 - 4 persons. Both apartments are fully equipped, comfortably furnished and with sea views.

The apartments are conveniently situated for walks along the South West Coast Path and for the local harbour [600 yds] where fishing, boating and canoeing are amongst the holiday activities on offer.

ACCOMMODATION

Tregillan is situated 600 yards from the safe, sandy beach, ideal for children, swimming and fishing. It has two self-catering apartments.

Apartment 1
Ground Floor - Sleeps 2-4

Two double bedrooms consisting of Bedroom 1: Double bed, Bedroom 2: two single beds, handbasin. Lounge/diner, sea views, door leading to garden. Kitchen. Shower room with wc, handbasin, shower.

Apartment 2
First Floor - Sleeps 2-3

Bedroom 1: Double bed, shower, wc and handbasin. Bedroom 2 (leading to Bedroom 1): 3' single bed. Lounge/diner with excellent sea views. Kitchen. Separate wc and handbasin, shower.

Each apartment is fully equipped containing electric cooker, microwave, TV, DVD and CD player, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric heaters, iron, radio, vacuum cleaner and fitted carpets, and includes use of the secluded garden.

Off road car parking is available.

LOCATION

Gorran Haven village clusters around the beach and harbour at the bottom of a deep valley. The village retains much of its Cornish character and remains relatively unspoilt. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, providing access to miles of clifftop paths and beaches.

Gorran Haven has local shops including baker, general store and post office, hairdresser and take-away. The new look Llawnroc Hotel pub and restaurant is within walking distance. Located At Gorran (1 mile) there is Gorran General Stores and Post Office. and nearby the Barley Sheaf Inn with restaurant and garden. Mevagissey offers a wide range of inns, cafes, tea rooms and restaurants.
