Separate from owners' property and totally private being self contained with a patio and adjoining secure field for any pets you wish to bring and provides secure parking.

The historical village of St Day is a well equipped friendly village with two pubs, village shop, butchers etc. and is part of the "Tramways Trail". From St Day itself the city of Truro is 11 miles away, while Falmouth is only 10 miles and the property is within easy access of the A30. The local beaches are only 4 miles away.

"Tolcarne" is situated within easy reach of many enticing local walks. Within close vicinity there are walks such as the National Trust Trelissick Gardens and woods and Tehidy Country Park, being just a couple. If prepared to travel a couple of miles further the beautiful coastal walks will we are sure make this holiday memorable.

St Day is an excellent touring base, just a few miles from the North and South Coasts with bike hire available at nearby Bissoe to visit the many trails.

The property consists of:-

• Utility room with storage space, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave.
• Large double bedroom with shower room and separate WC.
• Well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob and electric oven.
• Open plan lounge with French doors leading out to decked veranda with steps down to enclosed patio with garden furniture.
• A gate leads from here into a secure field suitable for exercising your dogs.

All linen, electricity and gas are included in the tariff. Secure parking. We require a deposit of £50.00 which is non-refundable, the balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival. We regret that we do not allow smoking in the accommodation.
