The Slipway is perfectly positioned adjacent to the National Maritime Museum, Event Square and Falmouth's 'Old Town' with its stylish shops and galleries, diverse restaurants, cafes and pubs where you can sample Cornish cream teas and pasties, local seafood and real ales.

The accommodation comprises;

Ground Floor:

• Entrance hallway with cloakroom, w.c. and full size wash basin, large open plan oak floor living/dining area with extensive views to Flushing and beyond.
• French doors give access to the decked balcony where you can watch the busy activities of the slipway below.
• Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen fitted to the highest standard with twin range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

First Floor:

• Master bedroom - sea view, en-suite shower room, w.c., full size wash basin and heated towel rail.
• Second bedroom - versatile twin or double with adjacent family bathroom comprising bath with shower over, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

All duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

Allocated parking is available in a private car park adjacent to the property.
