WATERSIDE ACCOMMODATION

SEA VIEWS over Falmouth Harbour towards the south, the Penryn River to the west and eastward bound is the open sea.

The Point is a charming 4 bedroom house built in 1926, in the little village of Flushing. There is a terraced garden with steps leading down to the beach. There is ample parking outside the house"

Flushing has a General Store, two pubs/restaurants and a restaurant on the quay.

Falmouth is 4½ miles away by road or a few minutes across on the ferry - every hour in low season, ½ hourly in high season. A water taxi service also operates.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground Floor
Living Room with colour television and VCR, CD/player/radio; French doors onto patio - perfect for BBQs. This leads into the circular Dining Room with spectacular southerly views of the harbour through bay windows. The Kitchen has an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and back door to the garden. Next door contains a single bed, with adjoining small washroom and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor
Bedroom One has a 5' double bed. Bedroom Two is spacious with twin beds. Bedroom Three contains a 5' double bed and hand basin. There is also a small room storing a Z-Bed and a cot. The spacious bathroom has basin, bath/shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet and an airing cupboard on the landing.

Outside
There is a secluded patio with picnic table, ideal for watching the boat races from both Falmouth and Flushing Sailing Clubs. The garden is set in terraces and a deck area overlooking the harbour and there are steps leading down to the secluded beach. Sun-loungers are stored in the Loggia underneath the dining room (access from garden).

Mains electricity, water and septic tank drainage. Oil fired boiler for domestic hot water. Central heating available at an extra charge.
