Looe has a fantastic bustling waterfront and harbour with a great selection of shops, restaurants, beaches and coastal walks.

• The entrance to The Old School House is very unique and still has the original door.
• Steps lead to the hallway with separate living and dining areas to each side of the property.
  
• The living area features a large leather corner sofa, further two seater cane sofa, chair and coffee tables. Entertainment is provided by a LCD TV with freeview and recording facility plus DVD player.
• A well appointed kitchen with separate utility room. Integrated appliances include a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and oven with gas hob.
• A separate dining room with original features.

LOCATION

The beautiful town of Looe is divided into East and West Looe by the estuary of the Looe River. East Looe has a popular family-friendly beach just a short walk away through the narrow cobbled streets of the town, steeped in history and full of stories and legends of smugglers and fishing. Across the seven-arched Victorian bridge lies West Looe which enjoys a quieter way of life with 16th century inns and delightful rock pools to explore on the beach. It really is the perfect holiday retreat.
