Welcome A lovely traditional Cornish cottage set to the side of a country lane in the village of St Kew Highway, near Wadebridge in North Cornwall. An ideal location to explore the North Cornish Coast and countryside. The cosy sitting room has a traditional fire place fitted with an electric fire for convenience. The new sunny double glazed conservatory is equipped for dining and sitting. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and with lovely dual aspect windows overlooking the hedges and fields opposite, bedroom 2 with twin beds and bedroom 3 with a single bed. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Outside, there is off road parking to the side of the front of the property with a path leading to the rear gardens. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with borders of traditional shrubs and flowers. A seating area to one corner of the garden provide has a slate topped table. Location St Kew Highway itself is ideally situated for easy access for the North Cornish Coast , the beautiful fishing village of Port Isaac (where Doc martin is filmed) is just 4 miles through the Cornish lanes, the surfing beach at Polzeath (7 miles) and sailing centre of Rock (6 miles). There is a village pub in St Kew Highway (100 yards) and one mile away is the award winning 16th Century coaching inn the St Kew Inn, which is renowned for its food. St Kew Highway also has a 9 hole golf course and several golf courses all within a short drive. An ideal location to explore the North Cornish Coast and countryside. Padstow is a short drive round the estuary, or why not park at Rock and take the ferry?
