A light and airy first floor apartment; approached by its own external staircase, right in the centre of the well known seaside resort of St. Ives. The Apartment has a private sunny courtyard & balcony with patio furniture and plants. Only minutes from St Ives quaint fishing harbour and beautiful sandy beaches where there is windsurfing, jet skiing, surfing and sailing. There is an excellent range of shops, ‘pubs’ and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of The Apartment.

In St. Ives itself, there is the Tate Gallery, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and the Leach Pottery to visit whilst further afield there is Paradise Bird Park and Otter Sanctuary at Hayle, The Poldark Mine near Helston and the famous tourist attractions of Land’s End and St. Michael’s Mount.

The Apartment has a large Lounge and dining area with T.V and video, a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dish-washer and microwave. There are two double-bedded rooms en suite and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The beds have Organic Cotton Orthopaedic mattresses ideal for allergy sufferers and those prone to back problems.

The accommodation is suitable for 2 to 6 persons and the two tier tariff reflects a discount for smaller parties and with a supplement for larger parties of six adults. We take bookings for Short Breaks especially out of season; generally a minimum of 3 nights.

The Apartment is entirely self-contained and very private with its own balcony and private patio area. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a small hallway and the lounge and dining area immediately adjoin the first bedroom and kitchen.

If you are travelling by train it is usually possible to arrange to collect guests from the station. Alternatively, it is less than a ½ mile’s walk from the station to The Apartment and is all downhill.

The Apartment is on level walking distance to the harbour, shops, restaurants and nearest car park which is ideal for those unable to manage some of the very steep hills in St Ives.

We encourage re-cycling of waste and will ensure that all efforts of guests to separate glass, plastic, tin and paper waste from general bin waste will be re-cycled for you. We can arrange a Weekly Rover Parking Ticket for guests so that it is available immediately on arrival. It can be used in more than 100 long-stay car parks whilst on holiday in Cornwall and is the most economical parking arrangement available.

If guests arrive early or late; we can arrange for the collection of keys without difficulty and with early arrival also allow secure deposit of luggage until The Apartment can be occupied.
