Terrazzo is a stunning two-bedroomed apartment with panoramic views overlooking Porthminster beach and St Ives bay. Parking for one car. Sleeps up to 5.

The views from Terrazzo are incredible. Mostly because they hold such interest. Not only can you gaze out to sea and watch the fishing boats but you can also look out over the people, deckchairs and colourful windbreaks on the beach below. Some people have seen dolphins. And then there’s the little train that winds its way round the cliffs as it comes into St Ives. All this can be watched from rocking chairs in both the sitting room and the main bedroom. We also provide binoculars.

The apartment, which is in a beautiful grade 2 listed house on The Terrace, is arranged over 2 floors and just a short walk from the many beaches, restaurants, art galleries and lovely shops St Ives has to offer.

The flat is simply decorated and is very spacious and light. On the first floor there is a large kitchen/dining room with gloss-white units and an iroko worktop, dining table and chairs for 5 people. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and loo. The sitting room has two sofas and a rocking chair.

On the second floor the main bedroom has incredible views. People always, always say ‘wow’ when they enter the bedroom for the first time. There is a king size bed in this room and a mixture of antique and modern furniture, and a rocking chair.

The second bedroom has twin beds and a fold-up bed can also be provided should a 5th person wish to stay. Both bedrooms have televisions.

The tariff includes parking for one car, all linen and towels, free wifi, gas central heating and electricity.

Outside Space
Terrazzo has no outside space though there is a bench just outside the front door for anyone wanting a ciggie. But remember the beach is only a couple of minutes away!

Parking
Terrazzo has parking for one car at the back of the property.

Access
Terrazzo is on the first and second floors. There is a flight of stairs up to the entrance to Terrazzo.

Tariff

From £450 to £1350.
Changeover day is Saturday but from
November 2011 will be Friday.
3 and 4 night breaks available from November to April (excluding Easter and Christmas/NY)
at 70% of weekly tariff.
Reductions on tariff shown for 2 people occupying Terrazzo in low season.
