This family-run park is friendly, comfortable and exquisitely maintained, and whether you choose to stay in a Nansladron House Apartment, one of the park's luxurious modern caravans or bring your own touring caravan or tent, Sun Valley is perfectly positioned for exploring the sandy beaches, quiet coves and historic harbours which abound on Cornwall's gentle south coast.

Spread your wings from Sun Valley and discover secluded sundrenched coves, beautiful sandy beaches and old world fishing villages all conveniently close by. St. Austell is the nearest main town, with its twisty streets it has a modern shopping precinct, cinema and bowling alley.

The historic fishing and harbour towns of Fowey, Looe, Charlestown and Polperro are but a pleasant drive away. The sandy beaches of Carlyon Bay, Carehays and Gorran Haven are within easy reach as is the award winning 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' 57 acres of pure pleasure reflecting 19th century horticulture. Caravans

Choose one of our modern, luxuriously appointed caravans and in no time at all you'll feel at home! Designed and fitted for your pleasure and convenience, each one sits in a spacious setting with outside picnic table. Most are on level ground, while a few enjoy an elevated position on the valley slope.

The caravans have either two or three prettily decorated bedrooms, a comfortable lounge with colour TV and heater; convenient dining area; fully equipped kitchens with gas hob, oven, fridge, and microwave; and a toilet and shower. All bedding and linen is provided.

Nansladron House Apartments

Nansladron House overlooks Sun Valley and has been expertly converted to provide one, two and three bedroomed apartments which sleep between two and six persons. All are completely self-contained, fully furnished and carpeted throughout, and have a lounge with colour TV; a fitted kitchen area with cooker, microwave and fridge; and a toilet and bathroom. Leave your duvets and covers at home - we supply those as well as all the heating and light you will need for your holiday.

Holidays are for enjoying, and the facilities at Sun Valley are designed to help your time here run smoothly. Send us a holiday shopping list and our well-stocked shop will have your order waiting for you! We can't do your washing in advance, but our launderette is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, spin dryer, irons and ironing boards (plus hair dryers) to make the chores quick and simple.

For pure relaxation enjoy a dip in our beautiful heated pool, have fun in the games room or on the tennis courts or pull up a stool in the bar. Whatever you do, make the most of our facilities and enjoy your holiday!
