A beautiful first floor flat in the heart of this historic fishing village of Port Isaac. This three-bedroom property provides comfortable accommodation for six. The property is accessed by an external staircase and is child and dog friendly. The flat is less than 40 metres from the harbour.

The accommodation comprises 1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x bunk bed room, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/drawing/dining room. There is a very comfortable sofabed in the drawing room which offers sleeping for an additional two people.

Port Isaac is in an ideal position from where to explore the stunning North Cornwall coastline and there are many beautiful places to see just on the doorstep. It is also well placed for some excellent sporting pursuits such as surfing at Polzeath (the surf shop can arrange lessons) and sea kayaking at Port Quin.

As a working fishing village, there is plenty of opportunity to sample the local delights by joining a fishing tour, enjoying the sea by kayaking or staying closer to land and exploring the rock pools and caves on the beach. Lobster and crabs are landed daily. The Golden Lion is seconds from the property, Nicky B's deli just below and the beach is but a moments stroll. There are many very good local restaurants and we will happily recommend those to visit.

Parking is notoriously awful in the village but there are now two car parks at the top of the village. You can still unload your car just below the flat and turn it on the beach (tide dependent) before parking up the hill. The NCDC car park charges approx. £25 per week which gives access to all the NCDC car parks in Cornwall.
