From the conservatory there are wonderful views across open countryside to the sea at Crackington Haven.

The farm is situated off the A39 with the cottage tucked away in trees, several hundred yards down our private drive.

Wainhouse Corner is about one mile away and has a shop, sub post office, service station and local pub which serves meals. Bude is eight miles away and has a wide range of shops including a Morrisons and two other supermarkets.
