This welcoming house overlooks the magnificent Cornish coastline and has spectacular views out to sea. It is perfectly situated; ten minutes walk from both Polzeath beach and Daymer Bay, and across the estuary from the idyllic fishing village of Padstow.

Accommodation

Built in the early 1900s, Sandpipers offers spacious accommodation that sleeps 10 people comfortably. The house is well furnished with a large conservatory to enjoy the exceptional view. Complete with a sizeable garden and private parking this holiday home provides a fabulous self-catering opportunity to discover the many attractions Cornwall offers.

Kitchen
Sandpipers has a well equipped kitchen with both an Aga and electric oven. There is a small larder, good storage space, a dishwasher and all the essential cooking facilities including a blender and microwave.

Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is also an additional tall fridge-freezer making it easier to cater for a larger number of guests.

Sitting Rooms
The sitting room is the perfect place to relax, read books or enjoy the company of family and friends. It has a wood burner for colder evenings and French doors that open onto the conservatory. There is also a separate television room on the adjacent side of the dining room ensuring there are no clashes of interest when everyone is relaxing.

Dining Room
The dining room has a sizeable table to easily accommodate meals for large numbers. It has a useful hatch to the kitchen and is another room with great sea views.

Conservatory
The conservatory is spacious and comfortably furnished with ample seating. It has a table and chairs for less formal dining and is the perfect place to admire the view of the coastline in all weathers.

Bedrooms
There are five charming twin bedrooms and a further bunkroom for children if necessary. As an extra luxury most of the bedrooms are fitted with sinks but those without are conveniently situated next to a bathroom.

A laundry service is provided that supplies all bedding, bath and hand towels. The beds are made up prior to your arrival to make your visit as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Bathrooms
Sandpipers has two pleasant bathrooms upstairs and a useful wet room downstairs off the utility room. There are also two separate loos on each storey providing ample facilities for all guests.
