Rock is a tranquil and much loved area of North Cornwall. It is situated on the East side of the Camel estuary within site of the fishing village of Padstow. The estuary is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is well known for its beaches, watersports, golf and coastal scenery. Well marked scenic walks lead to the Coastal Path and
the local bays of Porthilly Cove, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. These and
other wonderful beaches provide safe family beaches and exciting surfing.
