Free parking (one car per flat) is available
just five minutes from the apartments at our address on School Hill,
or village car parks offer weekly tickets if required.
On the day of arrival Guests may enter
the apartments at 2.00pm and we ask that guests vacate the apartments
by 10.00am on the day of departure. It would be very much appreciated
if the apartments were left in the clean and tidy order in which
they were found.
Linen is available by request at a nominal
charge per bed which includes Duvet cover, sheet and pillow cases.
Linen charges are £10 per double and £5 per single. If required
towels can also be provide for a small fee. Additionally both a
travel cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra
charge.
Short breaks are available upon request.

Polly's apartments and Blue Harbour
Holiday cottage are situated on the South Cornish Coast. The properties
offer traditional and modern self catering accomodation with home from
home comforts.
The apartments are situated in the heart of
the picture-postcard fishing village of Mevagissey with its labyrinth
of tiny streets, whitewashed cottages and distinctive twin harbour.
The bustle of the quayside is only a few
steps away. Blue Harbour is a tradtional fishermans cottage which has
sea views, it overlooks the harbour and mevagissey bay. An additional
self catering property (Invermore) that sleeps 8 and is just 5 mins walk
from the harbour is also available.

Blue Harbour
Cottage - Sleeps 6 -

This traditional fisherman's cottage has been modernised to a high standard.
It combines a stylish and comfortable interior but still manages to retain
its period charm and character.
The property is south facing and overlooks
the bustling harbour and has sea views across mevagissey bay. The accomodation
is both spacious and airy. It is arranged over three floors, the open
plan, kitchen,diner, lounge is situated on the ground floor, the kitchen
is well equiped. A twin and a double bedroom are located on the first
floor together with a family bathroom. The master en-suite bedroom is
located on the top floor and has a king size bed. A parking permit is
included for the harbour car park.
Changeover day is Friday.
Chloe's Apartment

This modern apartment is designed for open-plan living. The kitchen,diner
and lounge are situated on the first floor. A twin and double bedroom
are located on the second floor together with the family bathroom.
Changeover day is Friday.
Katie's Apartment
- Sleeps 5 -
Weekly Tariff £320 to £495
This traditional cottage style apartment has many period features and
is a listed building. Portmellon Trading is situated below the apartment
and offers great gift ideas. The kitchen dining room and lounge are all
situated on the first floor. Two bedrooms are situated on the second floor
together with a bathroom and separate WC. The first bedroom is a twin
room and the second a family bedroom with both a double and a single bed.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Polly's and Lillie's
Apartments - Sleep 4 -
Weekly Tariff £320 to £495
These tradional apartments are situated in the very heart of the village
they overlook the village streets and square thereby allowing you to watch
people enjoying their holiday and going about their daily lives. Both
apartments are warmly decorated and are situated on one level although
there are steps leading into the properties.
Polly's has a kitchen, lounge, two double
bedrooms and family bathroom. This is the only apartment in which dogs
are accepted.
Lillie's situated above Polly's has a kitchen,
lounge, twin and double bedrooms together with a family bathroom.
Both properties are situated above Brocante,
a shop with something for everyone!, you will find an eclectic mix of
items on sale.
Changeover day for these apartments is Saturday.
Invermore - Sleeps

Weekly Tariff £350 to £695
This large spacious property has recently been refurbished to include
an upstairs cloakroom, there are two bedrooms on the first floor, one
a twin and the second a double. A further two double rooms are situated
on the ground floor, one of which benefits from a newly installed en-suite.
The property has a large family kitchen, dining
room, comfortable lounge and updated bathroom. The property is easily
reached without having to negotiate the narrow steets. It has a south
facing garden and dogs are welcome for a weekly charge of £15.
