Free parking (one car per flat) is available
just five minutes from the apartments at our address on School Hill,
or village car parks offer weekly tickets if required.
On the day of arrival Guests may enter
the apartments at 2.00pm and we ask that guests vacate the apartments
by 10.00am on the day of departure. It would be very much appreciated
if the apartments were left in the clean and tidy order in which
they were found.
Linen is available at a nominal charge
per person which includes Duvet cover, Sheet and Pillowcases. If
required, linen charges are £7 per double and £5 per
single bed. Additionally, a travel cot and high chair are available
upon request at no extra charge.

Apartments, both traditional and modern, are situated in the heart of
the picture-postcard fishing village of Mevagissey with its labyrinth
of tiny streets, and distinctive twin harbour. The bustle of the quayside
is only a few steps from the properties.
Self-Catering
Polly's Apartments offer self-catering apartments
and also a bungalow. The properties are non-smoking. We also offer one
apartment for dog lovers.

like lounge, a modern bathroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with
twin beds.

Cliff Street - Sleeps 4. The apartment design is that of open-plan
living, with a kitchen, diner and lounge, the many windows making it light
and spacious.
Invermore - Sleeps 8.
A
spacious modern bungalow with a double and twin room upstairs. Downstairs
has a large lounge with colour television, large kitchen with fridge/freezer,
washing machine and microwave. There is also a separate dining room and
two more double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath.
The Cornish Riviera
Polly's Apartments are situated in the beautiful
Cornish Riviera 6 miles from the town of St Austell and the Eden
Project. Heligan Gardens is within 2 miles. Access to Truro, Newquay
and Bodmin are easy. Visiting the coastal path is almost as simple as
stepping out of the front door. St Mawes and other beautiful villages
can be explored within this beautiful area of Cornwall.
Why don't you come to the seaside and learn
to surf, fill your lungs with the beautiful air and take refreshing exercise
around the coastal walks?
All the apartments are
well equipped, there are TVs in the lounges (Video or DVD players
are available on request), microwaves, electric cookers and fridges with
freezer compartments in the kitchens, bathrooms include electric showers
as well as baths with co-ordinated furniture in the bedrooms.
All the apartments benefit from either night
storage heating or panel heaters where the electricity is inclusive. All
other electricity used to be paid for by £1 coin meters.
